David was awesome, he went above and beyond the call of duty. My court became a mess and i ended up being in jail for over a month. David got me out and got me my dog back. What David has done for me goes beyond phenomenal. Thank You David highly recommended

My spouse had an extremely complicated and unfortunate case, but thanks to David von Wiegandt, we were able to receive the best outcome possible after over 2 years of having to attend monthly to bimonthly court dates. I am forever thankful that he was the lawyer in my spouse's case. David is very professional and is clearly an expert in his field. He is always very responsive to his client's texts, calls, and e-mails. Everytime someone asks me for lawyer recommendations, I always recommend David. If I could give him 100 stars on this review, I would!

If I could give many more than 5 stars I would! I was beyond blessed to come across David von Wiegandt while desperately searching for a lawyer to replace a court-appointed attorney that I had been assigned and never met, that was non-responsive and would not inform me of anything, answer the phone, or have a meeting to even speak to me. I had never been more confused and lost, and I truly needed someone who was communicative and understanding, who could also be depended on to not ignore calls and to show up for/with clients. David is truly one of a kind. He is very helpful, even outside of normal business hours if you need it, and he makes you feel like you have someone on your side guiding you through this terrifying and confusing court system we have in Davidson County. As someone who had never been in trouble for anything other than a speeding ticket, who also had been very pregnant during this time, I had never felt more lost and in the dark about my own rights or the justice system in general and truly did not know what was going on whatsoever until I got ahold of David (after trying and failing to speak with another lawyer, on top of the situation with my specific court-appointed attorney.) He was extremely easy to talk with and for me to explain my situation to, and once he understood what happened and my recollection of the events, he took over the judicial side of it and got everything worked out quickly; when before I hired David, the case and all the court dates were just never-ending, yet non-productive, and a whole host of other issues. Once the ball got rolling, David was able to explain everything that was happening in plain English and give me the best advice on the course(s) of action that I could take and was very knowledgeable of the possible outcomes of any other actions as well. I never felt left out of the process and having David's help was truly an asset as he was always thinking about what was in my best interest and what aligned with my needs. Everything turned out for the best, 100%, and David was an absolute godsend throughout the whole ordeal. Even if you think you have some small, trumped up, petty charge, or (like me) you don't understand why anything ever even happened to begin with & are absolutely confused about what's happening and the whole process.... please understand that you NEED a lawyer! I cannot think of a better professional and lawyer than David von Wiegandt! Myself and my family will be forever grateful for you, David, and I will recommend you to any and everyone I know who may need your help! Thank you again for all that you do for your clients! And if you've stumbled across David while using Google and/or searching for an attorney, seriously, look no further. That is how I found him, and I would hire him again and again without hesitation. You truly will not regret at least speaking with him about your case, and he does not charge an arm and a leg as some others try to, without even giving their opinion of anything first like David does. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere, he is great!
