I am currently using Mr. Dimmick in some legal affairs and he has be so sympathetic and understanding in every way possible. He has been upfront, honest and has informed me on each step of our process. He is very quick to respond and has been informative along the way making sure I understand. I would recommend him to anyone!!!!

Radford has been patient and answered every question and concern I had about my case. Everything he says he will do, he does. My son was taken away and he got him brought back home to me. I had a prior attorney for several months and Radford did more in two months than my prior attorney did in seven months. I can’t express my appreciation for what he has done for me, and I would highly recommend Him to anyone.

He helped us achieve a more than satisfactory outcome in a matter involving sibling co-trustees that were acting improperly. Wow there's so much that I can say about Mr. Dimmick! My stepfather died with a substantial estate. Unfortunately he didn't leave a will. Mr. Dimmick explained the process in layman's terms. He also communicated to the family every step that he would take . Not only did he keep us informed, he also periodically gave us personal phone calls just to see how we were doing. He was totally available to answer any questions in a timely manner. I've been practicing law for 23 years...but there are things that even I don't know. When i run into one of those, I call Rad Dimmick. He has represented me in multiple matters, not the least of which was a breach of contract on the sale of our primary home. The buyer backed out last minute with no reason... the Realtor said "Oh well... this happens. We will just sell it to somoene else". ??? I said What??? "THIS doesn't happen... at least not legally!". Now we have two homes, two mortgages, and alot of stress. This buyer was not willing to close on our home. I didn't know what to do... and my wife says... "Call Rad!"! Within 10 months (a record for that kind of lawsuit)... we had a judgment for the closing of our home, plus a quite large sum of damages on top of the purchase price... including all attorney fees. WHOA... what a relief. I know that i could not have done that myself. I'm just grateful for lawyers like Rad Dimmick. If you hire him... you will be uber pleased with the result. He's a fighter for sure.

 Mr. Dimmick represented my son in Cincinnati who has a traumatic brain injury. His son's mother and her husband filed suit to have him taken off the birth certificate and all his parental rights taken away. Rad produced results above and beyond our expectations.
