Robert Wilkinson has been my personal attorney for many years and has handled legal issues for many of my friends and family members as well. When people write their wills they expect their last wishes to be honored. That is the service you are paying for and expect. Bob should have recommended a locking will for my mother and her third husband but in his incompetence he did not suggest one and since she passed her third husband has been abusing this loophole for his personal financial gain. I have had her will reviewed by a number of attorneys in the area and ALL have deemed it unfit and inadequate. Any choice in Anderson or Knox County would be better so please heed my advice and make sure you don’t repeat her mistake.
