Today I was referred to the law office of Green and Water Ogle, what a great group of professionals and most of all carrying attentive people. I have read all the reviews and I agree with every comment made about the firm. I was not told leave your name and we will call you to come in, not this firm. Ms Ogle stopped what she was doing and took the time to review my information. She is knowledgeable professional caring and most of all she was attentive to me. I felt like I was part of a wonderful family . Her assistant Diane is very knowledgeable and you can see that she respects Ms Ogle . I am sure that they are a great team I truly believe this is one of the best law firms in Sevier County, you can feel it from the minute you walk into the door. It is such a good feeling when you are going there for a legal problem that has had you have many bad days to feel that it will be taken care of. What a great day finding them.

I called a week ago for the “free consultation”, spoke to their family law attorney assistant. Was told their attorney would call me back to discuss my case, after 3 days I called back and spoke to the assistant again and was told the same thing. One week later and still no response. Decided to go with another family law attorney. If they can’t even call back for a consultation I don’t want to imagine what it would be like if they were representing me. Stay away.

I was very surprised that my phone calls were answered and my concerns immediately addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend the entire firm to represent any of my friends or family.
