Andrew Farmer is incompetent and lies way too much. Him and his associate had no problem taking our money and doing nothing on our behalf but keep resetting court dates. They lie and use us as an excuse of why they can't keep the deals and promises that they have told us numerous times. They say it is our fault for not telling them my husband's prior charges, so now they are dropping us as clients all because myself and my husband are angry cause they lied to us and another DA that he would be getting out in another county. But of course didn't happen cause Andrew said we never told him Stephen had other charges. Even if that was the case, which isn't true, then he should have done his job as an attorney and reschearched him and found out all that he has been charged with. He kept saying in court the DA wouldn't give him a better deal cause of his prior drug charges, well he has no prior drug charges. So, that shows right there that Andrew doesn't know what he is doing and/or he just doesn't care about his clients. To me it seems like they lie and say whatever they think you want to hear to get your money from you and that is wrong. All these people saying Andrew is a great attorney and knows what he is doing apparently was never represented by him. When we had court, his clients where the only ones needing there court dates reset and couldn't agree on a deal. Cause when the judge said it was time to take a break and let the attorneys talk to the DA and see what deal's they have, they would leave the room and not even talk to the district attorney. They can call me a liar or whatever they want to say but I have emails proving they have lied numerous times, also I have an eye witness, that is a cop, that heard Andrew lie to the DA about my husband supposed to be getting out somewhere else and resetting his court date once again. And on that last court date that he reset, I sent him an email on my husband's behalf asking him not to reset this court date until he goes and talks to him in jail. And he didn't do that, he reset without even one time talking with his client. He didn't talk to him until I threatened to report him to the professional board of responsibility and ethics. So if you want to be cared about and represented right and not just took for your money and screwed by the one person you thought was supposed to be there for you. Then I would NOT hire Andrew Farmer or Travis as an attorney because they are incompetent and don't know what they are doing and don't care about you at all. P.s. this is my only review because I have never been so wronged by someone that I had to tell people so they won't be screwed as my husband and I where. I am a real person my name is Julia harksen and if you have any questions I can prove everything I have said about Andrew Farmer and his law firm. I would never recommend them to anyone. All these so called good reviews are not clients but people who worked with or beside him so how can you go by what they're saying. And why would you even think someone would go out of their way to make an account to bash your good name as you say? Doesn't make sense to me! And if you have done so much good for hundred or thousands of people, why only 26 reviews and only half are five stars?!?! Just food for thought! I have stated numerous times that if you think I'm lying I can send proof. He says look me up please do you will see this charge is my first ever charge and I am 30 years old. I have no reason to lie and I was never malicious or threatening in any way. I have ever email between us. Also, I never kept coming by the office that's a lie in it's self. Iay have stopped by a handful of times, not even that, while you represented us. And the reason you dropped us is because I kept telling you it was wrong for you to represent us in charges and our landlord in an eviction for these charges. How do you believe that made us feel? You where never on our side or did anything for us but reset a court date. I never said I wasn't paying and you consistently like and can't admit any wrong doing.

He's incredibly incompetent. Ask for a lot of money and does nothing.

Andrew Farmer is a joke and takes advantage of people in their darkest moments and does not keep promises or follow through as he promises. Once he has your money he doesn’t need your business and does nothing to help his clients until he has depleted all the money they have and then drops them as a client. He will also try and harass them if they post anything negative about him on this page. He is a lawyer did he forgot our rights to freedom of speech? I have only spoken the truth and I hope people will listen and take notice.

He has done a fine job of representing my family! We live out of state and we’re trying to settle some things in TN and he has been very reliable and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Michael Shults and his staff are all amazing , and super nice ! I had some unfortunate events come up and needed major legal assistance , after going to multiple attorney offices in Sevier County the last one I ended up in was the office of Mr. Shults, and that was it ! He sincerely cares about his clients and how unfortunate situations will affect their future. Thanks to him BOTH times I have needed his assistance BOTH cases were DISMISSED!! Absolutely awesome people ! Though I hope I don't end up in a court room again , if I ever do I will go straight to his office. If you end up in a spot and you need an attorney , I definitely suggest Mr. Shults!
