If we could rate 0 stars we would. We wouldn't recommend him to anyone who wants a good attorney that will be there for you. He will make alot of promises and tell you that something will happen but when court comes around he will be the ONLY attorney not getting deals for his clients and having to reset court dates. Just go sit in the court room one day and watch before you hire him. Even when the judge gives attorney's chances to talk to the DA and come up with deals they leave the courtroom or stay in their phone. Now to your response to julia.... That is completely lies in your comments back to Julia's review. Where is the proof that I denied to stop or never pay? You only asked once about payments and then a few hours later before we could ever respond, we received an email with being drooped as clients. And since we want to talk about the refund. The reason, as stated to the board of ethics, that we should be refunded and able to hire an attorney which will really fight for us. We believe we should be refunded Because for one you too didn't fight for us as you say you did. The next day after we hired you, we where served with an eviction from the place we lived and you also represented our landlord in the eviction for the new charges. You where supposed to be our attorney for the new charges and now you became the attorney for our landlord in the eviction due to the new charges. How in any way was that fair to us or how do you think that made us feel? You where supposed to be someone on our side and that we could rely on. But since the day after we hired you two and you became our landlords attorney too, you where against us not with us. Numerous times you were trying to force Julia to sign an agreement for paying attorney and court costs and be out in ten days. Again, how do you think that made us feel? Yes, I say the day you decided to represent Gary in the eviction for the new charges, you should have refunded our money and explained that he's been a long term client and that you could not represent us anymore. Instead, you choose to string us along and keep resetting court dates( even after plainly asked not too until you speak to me but did anyways) until you knew that we would eventually get fed up with yours and Travis's lies. You never once kept your word on anything you told us. You promised, as well as Travis the day of hiring( but supposedly didn't know the judge no longer gives bonds on VOP) that I would be out on numerous occasions but every time court came around there was some excuse of why the deals you said you and the DA agreed too no longer was going to be able to happen. What kills me the most is that you and travis truely believe you did no wrong and consistently want tell lies and try to make us look bad. We are not out to get you, we are merely using our freedom of speech and telling the truth about what happened. Even on the eviction you pulled Julia aside and told her before y'all went in front of the judge for a hearing(that by the way you said that you wouldn't do cause you where our attorney too) and told her she should take the agreement cause the judge will side with Gary but that didn't happen did it? No she won because she hasn't been found guilty yet. How was that being there as an attorney for someone and doing what's best for your client? You was not worried about us but about Gary because he is a long term client. And that is fair too you? Andrew, you can say all the lies you want but we have proof and we know and want others to know so they don't get screwed out of their hard earned money too, by hiring you as an attorney and getting nothing from you in return.Also, since Julia has no room left to write on her review.She wanted to fix her comment about your reviews.Yes you may have more 5 stars but most of them are people you have worked along side or with, not represented!!If you have been such an amazing attorney and done so much good for people in alot of years. Then why aren't there that many more good reviews?

Mr. Schults was there for us all the way. He really went in and fought against the state. He turned out to be a friend. Great personality. We would use him again if needed. We got our money's worth with him. Would recommend him highly.

I have known Mr. Shults for two decades. He is a superior attorney and I would highly recommend him. He is an aggressive attorney that will fight for his clients. I’ve also witnessed his skills inside and out of the courtroom and his skills as a trial lawyer are the most aggressive that I have ever seen. If your on the fence about who to hire then he is your best choice.
