Very professional and polite.

I actually considered Adam to be one of the best lawyers I ever hired until out of the blue he called me early this year and suggested I use another firm to create my LLCS after waiting on him for over 2 months with no progress at a time when it was very urgent. Carrs team got things confused, then when things were straightened they couldn't get it done by the new year. Then suddenly the fee was $2,500 for one when there were 3 to be done for $4,500 ($1,500ea.) in total as they were basically carbon copies of each other. I had the highest regard for this lawyer at one time. I think he is a very good person, they just have more work than they can currently handle.
