Great representation, either Becky or Heather will give 110% on each case they represent on your behalf !! Great firm and I highly recommend. When reading reviews about services and see only a few negative I often wonder what the Paul Harvey will say.

We hired Rebecca McCoy gave her $2,500 upfront and couldn't get a call back for a month over child abuse and neglect.... She'll sell you a good story up front but never call you back when you need her... waited a month to get a call back over child abuse and neglect sorriest lawyer in Sevier County... Youve been warned.

Do not waste your time or money with Rebecca. She talks very big during the consultation and then does nothing for your case. She promises depositions, motions, and even a court battle but tries to scare you into settling because she is unknowlegable and scared to be in the court room and argue for her client. She even talked me in to hiring a private investigator that got all kinds of valuable information for my case and she still refuses to use it. Do not hire Rebecca, you will waste your money on a lazy attorney!
