This is an honest review. This might be the most honest and unbiased review. My experience was modest. Initially, I setup a payment plan. I did default due to lack of monetary resources. They did have a judgement against me prior to the default. Approximately a year went by and I received garnishment from this. It is unfortunate, personally but it was all handled ethically according to common law and my contractual obligation to their client. I have since filed bankruptcy. Since this method matched my only ability at this time. The [4] stars is due to not being able to reach anyone by phone after the garnishment and no callback but they don't have any legal obligation to respond either. I have to appreciate the professionalism and detail to law this organization portrays. I hope this review helps guide some of you that might question how this is ethical.

I paid this debt and it was cleared. Now two years later they have garnished my check for more than the original amount. What the heck!

They have been robbing me for 5 years for a over 10 year debt. It’s hard to pay off a 2800 debt when these attorneys keep adding interest!!! Ripping people off!!!! I no longer have this vehicle, since 2009. Justice needs to be served on this charged off debt!!!! 7-10 debt is removed off your credit and yet I am still being penalized over 10 Years Later..,

Liars and thieves . Said they returned your call when they did not. They transfer you to an extension where nobody ever answers. They don’t return messages.

I am not even sure what to say here, these people are so scummy it defies description. Oh I have some unpaid hospital bills from 5 years ago, they are suing me, sent the police after me and everything. I called them and informed them I was on Social Security disability now, and yet they completely ignored that and continuing to try and sue in civil court. What these people are doing is predatory and pure harrassment. They are doing it BECAUSE I am disabled, because they think I am someone they can bully and treat like dirt. When they fully know that there is no money, no settlement they can get. If someone reads this and can offer me legal assistance in counter suing these scumbags I would definitely be interested

No one ever answers the phone. Have to leave messages with few returned calls. When they do call back, no messages are ever left.

They do not answer the phone when you call to pay on you debt. When you leave a message they never respond. Bad business. Very poorly run..

I know I was in debt. I sent what I could until my husband got into a horrific accident at work. I tried to explain and see if they would work with me. Now they have garnished my check 560 every pay period. I can't even afford groceries for my kids. I almost got evicted. I did not want you to let me stop paying all I wanted was for you to work with me until I got on my feet. But yeah I know I'm poor so everyone tries to hold the poor down. So thanks for all your help, sincerely the woman who is not getting by in life. Oh yes and didn't you purchase my debt so it has in reality been paid off from the original debt but you are killing me by making me pay. Like I said all I wanted was for someone to work with me. But just know because of you 4 yes 4 kids are suffering because you feel the need to feed off of the poor.

This law firm aggressively went after a little old lady for a debt they purchased.
