I can’t speak for the entire firm, but I will advise anyone looking to hire Mike Giffin to look for different representation. He drug my divorce out for over 2 years. All the while would never return my phone calls, he would cancel our meeting 5 minutes before it was time to start. He only spent 30 minutes the day before my court date going over 2 YEARS worth papers/documents and the other Lawyer tore him to pieces because he wasn’t prepared and he never intended on being, all he was worried about was getting his money. He even had the nerve to tell me when we got out of court that he didn’t understand what happened. Please don’t be like me and make sure you do your research before just hiring a lawyer or you will get stuck with a horrible one like I did.

I was referred to Attorney Giffin while I was working as a legal secretary in the local area. Mr. Giffin is an excellent family attorney and I repect him very much. He assisted me in a divorce proceeding that I literally had nothing to even worry about. I had lots of confidence even after my divorce was finalized that if any additional issue were to arise, that he would have not problem taken care of them promptly. I recommend him to anyone that is looking for an attorney that cares about your family's needs and can get justice for your children. He also helped my husband in a child support case where the state was taking over half of his income to a mother who had not worked in 3 years who was well capable of working. After striving with the child support system on our own trying to explain to them that she had a drug addiction and my step-children were going without food/clothing, we decided to call Mr. Giffin. Needless to say this was taken care of immediately.
