Paid HALF my retainer fee yet they refused to help me postpone a court date until ALL $1500 was applied to them. Had another charge and the second I mentioned it, applying more money or even more work to help me, the attorney cut me off and said they’d be returning my retainer and pretty much not taking my case. Never in any case I’ve ever had have I been treated in such a manner having No previous convictions. I DO NOT recommend them.

Charging my family $200 for two brief phone calls with no legal advice or contract discussion is not only disproportionate but also inappropriate and unethical. Shame on you.

Stay away from this guy. He won't take the time to get all the facts together and present a proper case. I would fire this guy and eat the retainer and hire someone else! This guy has to be the worst lawyer I've ever dealt with.

So I hired Steve Conley to handle my children’s custody case and a vehicle. I started off paying $3,500 and he did tell me they were going to add additional attorney fees and I said that was fine as long he helped me. Well almost a year past and I lost my car and he never set up a single court regarding my custody case. I’m only getting to see my children 2 days a week. They were so irresponsible, I was always calling them regarding my case and they would always tell me that they were working on it but they weren’t doing a single thing. In a whole year I only got to speak to Steve about 3 times and he always in a hurry or at least that’s what they would tell me. And one of the things I noticed about Steve is that he takes his time to charge you more money. He charges $250 an hour. They ended up charging me $8,200 and they didn’t do a single thing for me and I doubt he worked 5 hours in my case. I ended up worse then what I was before I hired him. Basically I threw away $8,200 for nothing, I also lost my vehicle and barely getting to see my kids.

Great fim. Mr. Bruce is a gentlemen and an outstanding attorney. I highly recommend them.
