I'm surprised Jacob won a case. His first case was like watching a kindergardner on his first day of class. Waited till a week before the trial to sepoena any witness. Then relied on the theory that the defendant is actually innocent until proven guilty. In today's society if you are accused you are guilty and you have to prove your innocent. That why you pay the big bucks for a so called good lawyer who does nothing but take your money.
