I came to Von Willer law firm for help in uniting my family. I had a step-daughter who was wondering why she didn’t have my last name but was always considered “my daughter” by all family and friends. Dennis and his team were not only helpful in explaining to my wife what she needed to do in order to terminate rights with her ex so I could adopt, but they gave us a complete list of cost and let us work out a payment arrangement as well. They made the whole process easy and allowed my step-daughter to become my legal daughter. She’s loving her new last name, and my wife no longer has to deal with the stress her ex always put on her. Devin Coffey takes my mama money but refuses to talk to me being that she has passed away in the middle of the case. Now the unfit parent can just take the child and he doesn’t care. It’s all about the money to him. He cares nothing about the child! Stay away! He’s a vulture!

Their office is totally rude and disrespectful. Their receptionist need to find another line of work because customer service is not her cup of tea.

Disrespectful and rude to say the least

I had the pleasure of using his services about 5 years ago. I must say that Von Willer is very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was and am very pleased with his Law Firm. I also would recommend his services to everyone.

I can’t speak on their abilities to help people as lawyers because I didn’t even get that far before I was treated poorly. I talked to a woman named Sandy on the phone to schedule a consultation. She callled me back because she needed to reschedule the appointment, and when she did, she was very rude. She spoke to me as if I was stupid, she was instantly dismissive of the concerns I had regarding my case, and basically sounded as if she did not care at all. Even if I had the money to go through this firm, I wouldn’t because of the lack of basic common courtesy, consideration, and customer service exhibited by this receptionist.
