I've had multiple speeding tickets in the past and have never had any problem getting them dismissed when hiring an attorney to take care of it. However this is the second time I've used David White's services, both times were ultimate fails. It seems that the only thing his firm wants to do for their clients is negotiate schemes with his local county & district to help generate more revenue instead of actually assisting his clients. I doubt if he even does any work for his clients being the his "legal assistants" are the only ones ever processing paperwork or making phone calls. I'm very disappointed yet again & won't be making the same mistake of hiring a small town attorney that clearly works with the county not the client. Sincerely disappointed with his lack of ambition and legal skills or lack thereof.

David White and his staff were available for questions, responded to emails, fought for what he thought was just for my case. I felt like my case was safe in David's hands. He is personable and knows the court system and people well. I would recommend David if your in need of a lawyer who believes in justice!

I had a personal civil case that I needed to have taken care of, I sought out Mr. White as my attorney. He was honest and open about all of the options that were at our disposal and made several suggestions as to what would be the best course of action and all of the possible outcomes with each option. He is also easily accessible, any time I had a question or requested an update, I would call in or e-mail and he would be available to let me know how everything was going and where in the case we were. What an outstanding office! I have hired a few different attorneys for traffic tickets and I have yet to find one I like. But Mr. White has my business for life with traffic tickets!. I recently contacted this law office to get advice and representation for a speeding ticket. The legal assistant I spoke with, D'Lynn, was so kind and incredibly helpful. Although I still have to pay a fine and take a driver's safety course, the deal they reached with the courts for me will keep the ticket off my driving record, which was very important to me. They made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with, and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends should any of them ever need an attorney. I cannot express my appreciation for their prompt attention to my situation.

I have not used their services, but I just called about getting help with a speeding ticket that I received while traveling through Clyde, Texas.
