I have so much to say about this attorney @ his staff. Mr. White is a excellent attorney .He has been helping my son for over 10 years and has never let us down .. He has always been so caring but gets to the point .. I have never dealt with a attorney that cares about his clients and not just for the money .. If you ever need a good caring Attorney call Mr. White he will not let you down .. His staff was always there to help especially Rosita always called us when somethin was up always ready to answer any questions .. Thank you so much David for everything you did in these 10 years ...

I unfortunately had a very traumatic medical experience happen to me. My wife and I were seeking legal advice from David White who came recommended by a friend. We thought highly of him during the little meeting we had with him. He said if we have questions he was happy to answer them or we could consult with another attorney and he wouldn’t take offense. When we got his contract we felt it was one sided to his benefit. We ended up consulting with a few attorneys who were shocked at his contract at how one sided it was. We were furthermore advised to take our potential case out of town due to the nature of the case. My wife emailed a kind reply to thank him for his time and we would keep him in mind for future matters, but we would be taking this particular matter to attorneys out of the area. He replied with a distasteful comment letting us know he would not provide any services to us with this matter or future matters. Very childish and unprofessional response. His response only added more frustrating and stress to us as we are going through something very traumatic to begin with. Attached to my Google review is a screenshot of these two emails I’m referring to so it’s not hearsay for future clients to consider. I see now why he has several 1 star reviews on Google if this is his true character.

I received multiple tickets in a small town outside of Abilene. When you require accurate representation with understanding of small town laws, he is the person to call. No extra charges, costs. He is my lawyer to call from now on!

David White and his team helped me resolve a DWI charge. It was a repeat DWI and the deal I received was far better than what was expected. We were able to negotiate several aspects, including retaining my drivers license and decreasing the amount of DPS surcharge fees by challenging the validity of my BAC (.16). The customer service I received, from beginning to end, was above and beyond anything I could have expected. During such a delicate time, I was consistently reassured by their honesty, astute knowledge, and attention to my well-being and my case. He graciously met with me without my having an appointment. He listened to me with concern and care.
