DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY--Kevin Wilhelm will NOT represent you professionally. He FAILED to follow up on a time sensitive court appearance docs, that he and his paralegal, sent regular mail, not certified and no signature required, to my senior citizen parents (in their mid 80's)and who were not able to respond in time. They had already paid Wilhelm all his money for their bankruptcy case and he and his office failed to even bother to check on my parents lack of repsones. My Dad is a Vietnam veteran with 20 yrs service in the Marine Corp and this is how he was treated. Wilhelm and his paralegal are disrespectful and non responsive. His paralegal/office assistant is rude and does NOT return calls among other things. I also used Wilhelm for my bankruptcy and incompetance was the game plan then too. Thought I would give him another chance, bad move on my part. I will be following up with the Bar Assoc and the BBB

You cannot go wrong with Ms. Jackson. I used her for a case that went on for 5 years after getting the run around from 2 other attorneys. She and her firm were very responsive and efficient. She was able to complete the case within a month of retaining her. I was definitely amazed. If you want an attorney who will give you realistic expectations, communicate with you and fight for you, I recommend Andrea Jackson.

Great attorney

I cannot thank Andrea and her staff their help and support during my divorce. She is intimidating, but she has to be. I needed that to fight my husband during court. She gave me the tough love I needed during my divorce. She was very professional, walked me through the process and prepared me for court. I needed someone tough that didn't sugar coat anything and Andrea did that. I will definitely be using her again in the future!
