Ms. Jackson has truly been a blessing! LOOK NO FURTHER! My experience speaks for itself! Choosing Ms Jackson to lead my case during my battle with CPS was the biggest blessing for my family! Me.Jackson’s character and competence always exceeded my expectations! She is reliable no matter the circumstances, and her straightforward communication was appreciated. I was fighting my case with a court appointed attorney for 10 months without any progress. CPS took advantage of my complacent attorney and my ignorance with regard to my rights. Andrea had motions in progress within a month and I now have my babies back! Andrea will work diligently to hold everyone accountable and ensure a fair case!!!! I was falsely accused of child abuse and retained Ms. Jackson’s services for help during the CPS investigation, APD criminal investigation, CPS appeal process, and also for criminal defense. Immediately after I retained Ms. Jackson, the non-stop harassment, intimidation tactics, subterfuge and flat out lies my family and in-laws endured from CPS (Laura) came to an abrupt halt. The CPS removal petition was denied by the judge. The following week, CPS attorneys filed a motion to non-suit (asked the judge to dismiss the case) which was granted. The week after that, the criminal district attorney rejected the case as well. Ms. Jackson is very blunt and direct. I’m convinced that her defense experience and family/criminal law knowledge were instrumental in resolving the CPS and criminal cases in a timely manner, as opposed to CPS and the DA prolonging the process. We’re working to appeal the CPS findings, but I’m confident that will be resolved as well!

Amazing staff and professional help and knowledgeable

Ms. Jackson and her firm did a wonderful job working on my case and I was very impressed. The amount of time and effort Ms. Jackson put into my case was more than I could every ask for. She helped me not only with my legal issues, but also with struggles that I was facing within myself. One of the moments that really set her aside from others was when she stood between myself and my now my ex husband as I approached the stand to testify. I was nervous and her doing something like that gave me the encouragement to overcome my fears and get up there and do what I needed to do. She got me what I needed to live the rest of my life out. She helped me understand the difference between what I wanted and what I needed. I have always been a very fierce woman and I lost that for a while, but seeing how fierce and determined she was gave me hope to become the person I once was. She is a very strong woman and gave me back more than just a divorce, she gave me back who I was before I lost myself. I know there are a lot of people who need somebody like Ms. Jackson to help them get their lives back on track. I highly recommend recording your conversations with any lawyer or anyone working in the justice department because they have a habit of changing what they had said. An occupational license went from being $130 to over $1,500 or the paralegal is simply wrong. The paralegal had no sympathy and wouldn't listen to the instructions Mr. Willhelm had given me. If you sound frustrated or unhappy she'll accuse you of yelling and hang up. Mr. Willhelm seems like a nice guy but when I expressed concern with returning an item to a professor that the police had mistakenly seized his response was to let it go because what the professor doesn't know wouldn't hurt him. I'm a better person than that even if I'm sometimes on the other side of the court system.
