Kevin isn't even a good lawyer for court appointed cases. Do not waste your money on this clown.
Once you pay all you hear are excuses from his extremely rude paralegal as to WHY he can't return emails or calls. Doodles during trial, doesn't represent clients well, IF he bothers at all...Kevin is a complete moron and would not be a good choice to hire for any reason.
A year later...still issues from this office NOT DOING WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO!
DO NOT PAY A SET RATE! IT IS A RIP OFF...2500 TO FILE A SAPSR AND ALL HE DOES IS MAKE EXCUSES. TOTAL RIP OFF SCAM ATTORNEY

If he's court appointed your screwed. Has the rudest paralegal try have just a short conversation that's necessary on the phone very unprofessional. And if you need a appeal done stay away from them

I've used Kevin for other issues in the past. Wills, estate planning, business start-up guidance and assistance, etc.
This last case was an employment issue. He was very informative, used a strong network of attorney connections to solve the problem. Plus he is very respected around the court house.
I would say, "he listens better than anyone I've ever seen".
Most attorneys employ a "used car salesmen" approach trying to convince you to spend money and higher them. Not Kevin, he will listen carefully and give you an honest opinion on your case.
