Thank you for your dedication and compassion!! I can’t express how grateful I am for Keith & Lorfing’s support during an especially overwhelming and exhausting period in my life. After my initial consultation, Russell Lorfing and Wendi Pearson were amazing in taking control of my third party auto insurance claim. They contested the liability percentage, successfully changed it, and guided me throughout the process. For more context, the insurance company offered partial liability far below an acceptable amount given the circumstances. I compiled significant information and supporting evidence to support my claim. I followed up regarding the decision and they provided inconsistent vague reasoning, denied requests for meaningful communication in writing, ignored or misrouted escalations, and provided non-working numbers for me to reach out to for help. As someone with a disability that directly impacts my communication, the context and level of communication required severely strained my daily life. After an overwhelming month of persistence, it clicked that the insurance company would never take me seriously. I felt hopeless and second-guessed myself. Russell Lorfing completely turned that feeling around for me. He reassured me of my perspective in the collision and the work I submitted, restoring my confidence. I must say, Christopher Solis put my family at ease the way he handled my daughter’s case.
