Ive been in the legal business 17 years. If I were to need a criminal attorney, I damn sure don't want some sweet talking, hand holding attorney that isn't straight forward and honest concerning the possible outcome of my case. I want a bulldog!! I want a fighter! I don't need or want a babysitter to talk sweet and soft. I need a go getter. An attorney that will push it to the absolute limits to see his client gets a fair trial and exhausts to insure his client received the best representation possible.
Also, I don't need an update or a call everyday with some useless bs. I need him working for me. That's why I hired him. Not wasting time calling or emailing with insignificant redundant information that is only wasting his time instead of focusing all his attention on his job. Plus the courts are stacked with pending cases so when Mr. Moore knows something relevant to the case he will contact you. He cares about his clients and represents each to the best of his ability. He takes his oath very seriously bcz his clients have chosen to put their trust with their life, future, well-being etc...in his care.
I know I'm just now to began my first year of law school but Sam Moore You taught more than any law school will ever teach me. Represent each client always remembering the sworn oath taken. To take pride without fear and stand in front of a jury or judge knowing that's the absolute ultimate an attorney can do for his client. Thank you!! I couldn't ask for a better Mentor.

I hired Mr. Moore in 2015 and it's now 2017. The level of care I was accustomed to receiving left with the paralegal, Athena, back in the spring. Now when I call in to check on my case, Mr. Moore either doesn't take my call or flips out because I'm disturbing him. I feel like I have the right to question what's going on since I paid the old grump $5,000.00. I know my case was an uphill battle, but I would like to know someone was working for the hard earned money that was paid. The few times I've been able to catch Mr. Moore, he smells like a bottle of whiskey and is totally rude. Good or bad, I just want my case to be over.

I hired Sam Moore last year and it's now the end of August 2016, however my case is far from being over. During the initial consultation, Mr. Moore indicated that he would take care of my case quickly and efficiently, but that hasn't happened. My wife's attorney has told her that she can't get a hold of him on the phone nor are her emails or phone messages acknowledged so I know that it isn't just me that is being screwed over. I paid Mr. Moore $2500 plus fees and can't afford to hire anyone else or I would have already taken my case and bailed. The buffer between Sam and the public (his paralegal Athena) was laid off when he sold his office and I'm afraid he has gone off the deep end. Anytime I call the office Sam is very abusive, screams on the phone, and implies that I'm interrupting his afternoon schedule which I'm sure is just his nap time given his old age. Athena was the one person in that office who actually cared about what I was going through and took the time to actually listen to me when I called or dropped by.
In closing, spend your hard earned dollars on some other attorney instead of an old, mean, loud drunk who smells like a brewery whether in the office or when you go to court with him. Mr. Moore is the type of attorney who gives lawyers a bad name!

I was needing a divorce lawyer and didn't know where to turn and Mr Sam Moore took my case right away, it has taken me awhile to pay it off but his paralegal Athena and himself waited til I paid it off. I would like to add Athena is awesome she was always willing to listen to all my questions and was very nice and helpful. Just want to thank yall for helping me and I would recommend you to anyone and if I had to come back you would be my first choice thank you for all you have done.

We have used there services several times. They have handled divorce & child custody matters with a No-Nonsense Professionalism that has gone above and beyond to receive very favorable outcomes. I refer friends, family and co-workers to their office anytime the subject of need for a great attorney arises.

I made an appointment with Sam for a consultation so I could get legal advise from someone who knew what they were doing. I was happy to get an appointment the next and and even happier when I didn't have to pay for a consultation fee.
I didn't get a lot of preparation before my Temporary Hearing, but that was okay...he obviously knew my case inside and out. Sure enough, we won the first round.
At the final hearing, Sam once again won my case against a terrible attorney on the other side.
Sam is very matter of fact and doesn't say anything unless it needs to be said. He always says what's on his mind, regardless if I liked it or not. Sam and his paralegal, Athena, had my best interests at heart and I'll never believe what some of these reviews have said about their one of them.
In closing, if you need a kick-ass law firm to handle your case...call Sam Moore!

We've hired Sam Moore on several occasions, once to fight for custody of my niece and nephews several years ago. Sam and Athena were very thorough and did an excellent job. They won the case and we got custody of the kids.
More recently we hired Sam to assist with a custody battle for our daughter against her ex-husband who was attempting to minimize the amount of child support he had to pay (quit a full time job the week of the hearing) and tried to get out of paying for our grand-child's insurance. Every attempt to weasel out of his responsibilities Sam was able to prevent and made the ex and his attorney look like fools in the courtroom. Sam and Athena are very skilled at what they do. Lets just say I'm glad their on my side.
On yet another occasion my many years ago, my Mother-in-law and father-in-law hired Sam to obtain "Grand-parent's" rights and visitation with their grand-child....Sam was successful and won visitation rights for my in-laws....
Every time our family has hired Sam he's knocked it out of the park....

This lawyer came highly recommend by assistant DA and a friend, who's daughter had a tough divorce child custody case that Sam successfully resolved for her. Sam was able to resolve our son's divorce, which was a tough case, and we are extremely pleased. It was a year long process, no fault of Sam's, but the ex wife. Athena did an outstanding job keeping us informed. We did not feel that the cost was unreasonable, I believe less than $2500, and it was a tough case involving DNA over a baby who was not our son's. Ignore the bad reviews, people do have some responsibility themselves on how their case ends. Sam and Athena will do their level best to try and get the best outcome for their client. We are extremely pleased with his service and his legal assistant, Athena, and would use him again and recommend him.

I spoke with multiple attorneys before coming to Sam and no one was willing to take my case. The one who said he would take my case said his fee was twice what Sam charged me. I felt like Sam had my child's best interest at heart and made me feel like I was in good hands.
Sam took my family law case after I was served with paperwork and we ended up terminating the father's rights, which is what I wanted in the first place.
Sam is very direct and to the point. His paralegal was very kind and basically held my hand the whole way through the case.
So, in closing...if you want to hire an attorney, Sam Moore should be your first choice!!!

My kids's mother sued me for custody and I hired Sam Moore to represent me. At the Temporary Hearing, Sam was well prepared with the information I provided to him. Needless to say, we won the first round and my ex filed for a De Novo Hearing (basically an appeal) the Associate Judge's decision. The big Judge ruled in my favor a second time. When we got to the Final Hearing, Sam (once again) was well prepared, had taken notes as to all of the information we had discussed in his office, and we won AGAIN. His paralegal was very kind, knowledgeable, and basically held my hand through my legal proceedings. Should I ever have any other legal issues arise, I will most definitely hire Sam Moore again!

I hired this man and never got to talk to him once, just his rude assistant. I payed this guy $1500 then an additional check for $560 and i was very unsatisfied with his services. It seemed like as soon as i payed him in full, i wasnt important to him anymore. I live in cleveland tx and i had to drive 430 miles to court at my surprise, he wasnt present nor answering his phone day of my court. He was an hour late and didnt help me at all. I got outrageous court fines, 40 hours community service, 1 year probation, and a fine.
Now i cant go to college because im restricted to my county without a job to pay for.probation and the incident occurred over a year before court and it was my first offense. SAM MOORE IS A HORRIBLE LAWYER, DONT HIRE HIM SERIOUSLY!!!!
