Great responsiveness right from the start. They looked over my information and once they agreed to take my case we moved forward quickly to get a settlement negotiated. Neal Bridges and Patti Spencer were great to work with.

I was referred to Jennifer Spencer from a well experienced friend of hers. She answered immediately, after informing her of my position she said she would take my case! I read all the amazing achievements and qualifications and was so thankful I was blessed have her on my side. Through the entire length of the case she was in constant contact with me. Jennifer Spencer, one of two named attorneys at the firm, has done an excellent job of representing me and clients I have referred to her. If anyone asks me for a referral of a litigation attorney, I refer them to Jennifer. She is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Texas and in federal courts throughout the US. I practice labor and employment law on behalf of employers, but often receive phone calls from people seeking to sue their employer, or looking for advice concerning employment, personal injury or contract matters where they would be the plaintiff. I first ask who they are thinking of suing, and if it is not my client, then I pull out my list of top employment and litigation attorneys and give the caller the name and number of someone who might be able to assist them. Jennifer Spencer's name is at the top of the list, as I know and am confident in her level of expertise and experience. (For example, in one case she represented a small business against a Fortune 100 company and forced the huge defendant to pay millions of dollars in a breach of contract case; in another, she filed a class action for unpaid overtime wages and secured a settlement for hundreds of thousands of dollars for the class of employees.) I've received several calls back from the people I have referred to Ms. Spencer, and in each case they thanked me for referring them to her, as they were uniformly happy with the advice and/or representation they received from her and the other attorneys at her law firm. I recently contacted Mikie with Spencer Scott law. I inquired about hiring them to represent me in a wrongful termination lawsuit. Mikie acted like lawyers were interested by sending a questionnaire. I answered very thoroughly with dates, times and names/locations. Mickie projected interest by asking even more in depth questions and requesting more data. After a few days with no return communication, I requested feedback on the data I gave them. The response...... “caseload is too full.” It filled up instantly, just that fast I guess. interesting. Then why waste my time with more questions? Don’t waste your time with this firm.
