I don’t understand how a law firm could just dismiss someone that has gone above and beyond responding and trying to get help. They took my case them out of nowhere closed my file after not doing anything for over two months. They missed deadlines and I literally received an email yesterday saying call these other attorneys. It’s sad that they would string a person along in a difficult situation and then just abandon them. I hope management reviews my case, all the emails and the fact they didn’t do anything, read my emails etc.

I want to personally "Thank" Sara Barfield for supporting me during my unemployment appeal process. She was willing to meet me in person at her office during this process so that I had the physical support I felt I needed.
