This was literally the worst experience of my life and you guys were NO HELP! I had no idea this situation would end up with nothing solved after you guys ignored me for months. You want me to be happy about free medical care thanks but I never got any of the information I needed. I would never recommend or send anybody to this company. To be honest if I could reopen my case I would just with another firm!

Complete waste of time case started Jan. 18 first 2 weeks they were on top of everything once I signed the paperwork I got nothing. Tried calling Iris was never available. They dont contact me again until April 8th. Just to tell me this will take Another 6-12 weeks. Like WTF have you all been doing all this time. I get you have other clients but if you're so busy it takes you months just to contact clients you shouldn't take on anymore. Not to mention I have to get every little piece of information for all of this I could've just taken them to small claims court MYSELF.

Love them if ever needed again. I will be on my way..

I’ve had the worst experience with them. Poor communication is an understatement. On multiple occasions you have to remind them to move on to the next process. I’ve been dealing with the same case for over 2 years. Medical bills are now affecting my credit. I’ve tried scheduling an office appointment multiple times and that’s the only way I was able to speak with an attorney on the phone. Please don’t do it.

This was a smooth experience. I appreciate the communication and the quick responses when I needed assistance. Ariana G was always helpful & made sure to respond to all my questions I had . She is a great case manager & I am very pleased !

I have been dealing with this case since May 2022 and from the start everyone I have spoken with at this firm have been nothing less than respectful and amazing. My go to person is Amanda Bell and she has been Phenomenal!!! She has kept me in the know about everything that is going on, she always answers any questions I have if not immediately definitely by the end of the day, and she reaches out to me often to see how my rehab/PT is going and how my dr appts turn out. She is absolutely amazing, kind, and respectful. So far this law firm has gone above and beyond to take care of me. I am patiently waiting for all of this to be over sooner as opposed to later. Thank You Amanda and everyone at Godsey Martin!!!

Don’t use them!!!!they are the most unprofessional, and inconsiderate firm out there!!! If you want to lose money on your settlement or wait forever for them to get you case finalized then use them! I was hit by a red light runner everyone was insured so why is it’s going on 8 months and these idiots haven’t even notified the hospital that the are representing me. I’m still getting bills because no one was told that I’m being represented. It’s a good chance I’ll walk away with nothing on top of losing my car and the pain and suffering I went through. They suck and I’m gonna make sure everyone knows these folks do not care about you, you are just a case number, they don’t even come out to meet their client! How low can they go?!?? Don’t use them you’ll be sorry!!!

We absolutely love Amanda, she is by far the most efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful person I have had the pleasure of communicating with at this firm. She is always so quick to checkup on me and has never once neglected me or ignored any of my repetitive questions or requests.
