Overall my experience was good but towards the end, the customer service went downhill a bit. My only issue was with my last case worker & her supervisor who weren't communicating for a couple of months. Luckily Marlen Castro, my first case worker, was extremely helpful resolving my issues & always communicated with me when nobody else was & kept giving me the run around for a couple of months.

The people at Godsey and Martin never answer the phone when you call they never have any answers when you do get in touch with anyone and it's just all around a bad experience I would not recommend them to anyone very unprofessional they have no courtesy at the front desk all-around Road experience I repeat do not spend any money or waste your time with Godsey Martin choose any other law firm in the city of Dallas these people are not professionals

Services was above and beyond, even doing a unexpected pandemic.

Email communication lags a little but they are a great set of people. When you do get a hold of them, they are very detailed in explaining what is going on. Remember law suits are not as easy as 123.. Patience, and trust in them.

MARVA WHITAKER MS. INEZ CLARK WAS SUCH A GREAT HELP TO ME ON MY CASE. SHE EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND KEPT ME INFORMED OF ALL MY UPDATE AND PROGRESS. VERY EFFICIENT AND KNOWABLE ABOUT HER JOBS. I THANK HER FOR ALL HER HELP. WOULD NOT HAD MADE WITH HER !!!

This firm is fraud. They don't care about people well being and should not be hired by anyone. I have done just about all the foot work and they still haven't got anything done since 11/20/16. I have been through 3 lawyers and requested a call from owners which I never received. I was in a very bad hit and run and dealing with them only added more pain. They also just handed me another person's info with no problem. I went in the office angry to speak to the lawyer and drop there service and this dude was shaking nervously as we spoke and couldn't look me in my eyes. No they shouldn't represent anyone ever and I will also be filling complaint with BBB

Most horrible experience ever. They don't call you back or answer the phone. They don't pay the bills, and expect you to pay out of your settlement (instead of going after the person who injured you).....which should be pain and suffering but they don't even get you that; and I am still suffering.
