I WANT MY MONEY!! WE HAVE RECEIVED HORRIBLE SERVICE ON OUR CASE! WE'VE HAD SEVERAL CASE WORKERS CAROL NOW HANNAH NEITHER OF WHOM DO THEIR JOBS! WE HAVE DONE ALL OF THE LEG WORK IN OUR CASE, THE INSURANCE HAS SETTLED THE PROPERTY CLAIM IN 3 WEEKS; GM HASN'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED THE 3 LOP REQUESTS FROM THE DR TO RELEASE THE MED BILLS SO THE PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM CAN BE SETTLED. I ONLY FOUND THIS OUT B/C I CALLED THE DR MYSELF AFTER NO UPDATES FROM MY CASE WORKER. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND HAS GONE ON TOO LONG!!

So thankful I called Godsey Martin after my car accident. The best part of my experience? Working with my paralegal Catina Lorenzo. She checked in often, always made sure I had all the info I needed, called me back promptly whenever I had questions, and made me feel confident in my case. While I hope I never have to deal with anything like this again, if I do I 100% will be calling Godsey Martin simply based on my experience with Catina.

They do not fight for you. Worst company ever. Full of excuses and unprofessionalism.

Not only is this firm non-responsive, unprofessional and complete liars. If for nothing else do not go with a firm who just let of 30 people during a world pandemic just to cover the expenses of the owner. This firm is pathetic and has handled my case with no result. Please do not waste your time, patronize a firm that doesn’t fire 30 people just to clear their books for the 4th quarter. They are crooks!

They will promise to pay for your medical appointments, but you will still be responsible for the bills. My physical therapy wasn’t scheduled until months after I had already healed as well. They Made specific promises to help me settle my damage and injury claims by dealing with the other driver’s insurance and lawyer, then did nothing to actually help and required I do all the paperwork, fees and haggling with their insurance myself. They made claims they would help with temporary transportation for work after my vehicle was destroyed and then ignored my calls and emails while I lost my home and job being unable to get around. Do not trust this company.

I called due to a tragic experience that occurred and spoke with a representative by the name of Nicole R. She was so polite and concerned about the matter. I would refer anyone to them who has encountered what I am going through because they make it so much easier by taking the stress off of you. Thank you Nicole and Thank you Godsey Martin Law Firm!

It had been my first time in an accident where I had been rear ended but Markeyshia Jackson guided me through the steps that would take place as I went to physical therapy and she helped me get the settlement. 👍🏻

Very disappointed in this company. I’ve called every week to get a termination letter and no one ever calls me or updates me. I have receive a collection on my credit report due to them not handling business. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I plan to get out of my contract and proceed with a different lawyer. Also I’m reporting them to the board! This is ridiculous

This is the worst I recommend you go somewhere else I got hit a year ago and was out of work they don’t keep u updated on anything I’ve have case manager changes multiple times without being informed they don’t call back this is not a place to go take hire someone else
