Communication is lacking

Amanda and Ken we very helpful. Always replying right away. Very professional going above and beyond to help us get the funds. During the process of trying to get the funds my wife had a few unfortunate circumstances that caused us to need to get a rush on the getting the funds. Amanda and Ken stepped up going above and beyond to get our check to us to help us out in this difficult time. We appreciate both of them. I would highly recommend this firm they are caring people who get the job done. We are truly grateful and thank you for all that you did for us. God bless you!

My accident was the first week in May and I have yet to speak with an Attorney. There is someone handling my case but I rarely hear from them unless I send a message. I have nothing negative to say just yet, I am just needing info, which is hard to get at the moment. I will be calling the main number today or stopping by when I get off work today to see what is going on.

This process was so easy! I personally worked with Cecilia and she kept me informed the entire time. I felt like I was well represented and couldn’t have been happier choosing Godsey Martin.

My experience wasn’t the best. My young daughter was involved in an accident and due to the lack of communication and follow-up I had to call to find out her case was dropped. It was always the same generic message over and over when getting updates. I’m not pleased but best of luck to others. I hope your experience is better than mine.

Dana Gray is the sweetest!!! So nice and accurate when it came to getting my check!! Priscilla was my attorney and she did a great job! Then Dana was the one who said you’ll get paid by end of July!
