The medical facilities they sent me to were very professional and organized. James Rushing at the Law Firm, helped me by getting the other insurance company to not drag their feet and he stayed on top of the issues, until everything was resolved. I would definitely use them again.

My 4 and 10 year old was in a total loss car wreck with me in 2020. Godsey and Martin sent the case over to RolleEaton Law, a year later. They received $20,000. My boys and I received a total of $7,000 all together. I didn't want to take it, but because we were now at the 3 year mark; it was either accept it or walk away with nothing. I told them that my youngest is still afraid for me to stop at the red light, my oldest still has back pain, and I have slip disks throughout my entire spine, from my neck down. I now walk with a cane. The injuries I sustained also gave me sciatica and nerve damage.

Worst law firm in Dallas,Tx. I called to hire this firm last Monday and was approved to take on as a client and seek treatment asap. While being sent to joint and spine for an appoint that could have been done at home due to the doctor only asking myself to raise my hands above my head and touch my toes, then to send me off to physical therapy. Once I was told this information I called my case manager to explain what was going on and that went south causing the firm to provide another care manager who is clueless. Then to make things worse I spoke with one of the lead attorneys and ceo of the company who told me they would do there best to get things together moving forward only to find out this morning that the practice has dropped me as a Clint for staying on top of them with my medical concerns.

Don't trust those bought reviews. These people don't keep you updated, and they definitely dropped the ball on my case. Got in an accident and called them the same day!!! Took them 3 weeks to reach out to me and that stupid app they tell you to download to keep track of your case doesn't even work. Next, I was sending them text and calling because the people they assign to you don't care about your case. Find someone else to go to other than these people. Hell I should have called topdog than to ever deal with them. Waste of time dealing with them. They want to wait until you rack up medical expenses to start working on stuff. Find someone better
