have had three cases with Godsey Martin in the past, and started a new one in november. Each time it was a long drawn out process of no returned calls, no updates on my case, and a guessing game. With my latest case there is a small bit of a difference. otThey have a set up where you can text the word "Alert" & someone will call you asap... aside from that positive difference i don't think there's enough paralegals for What they are trying to do. If your paralegal is out sick for two weeks to a month you just won't have any information for Your case while he or she is out sick... (This happened and is currently still happening to me.) I would recommend them if you're not looking to get Your vehicle fixed, or get any cash for anything for up to a year. If you have a year to wait and play the guessing game I highly recommend Godsey Martin. If not... do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Ms. Clark was very professional. Outstanding job on my case. I thank her for the all the hard work she did very polite. I will refer my friends to ms.clark she did a magnificent job

I worked with Mr. David M. Patin and a Ms. Arianne. If I tell you they didn't go to bat for my case. God Truly watched over 🙏 us. I prayed for God to please provide me with someone who would care about me and my health and wellness not just the money. Dealing with the Government has not been easy. My first attorney told me, I had no case and didn't try. Mr. David called me personally and talked to me as well as Mr. Aaron Godsey. If I had a question Ms. Arianne would call or email me the next day. I can't thank God enough 🙏 for Mr. David. If I had hard question he asked if he didn't think I was happy he would contact me. I am not just saying empty words. Lord knows it's a Lot of Attorney's who don't care about you, just your money. Not this Firm not my Attorney. It's not often you find a man with Integrity and a Man of his word. Mr. David is an Mr. Aaron has been. He's not to busy for his clients. If you truly want the Best Attorney come here. I prayed and asked God for help, he Truly Blessed me. Ms. Arianne is one smart tough lady, she will fight for you. No communication at all with case worker . I had to ask about everything. When I asked for a release letter 3 months later due to them jeopardizing my case I received a lien release letter

They promised the moon and the stars just to refer me to a doctor that never called, then dropped my case with no advice on what to do next

They did nothing but give us heartache. There are better out there. Don't waste your 6 months waiting for nothing like I did. If I could give a zero star I would.

What can be said about Cecilia Espinoza beside the absolute fact that she is amazing!! I was in a car accident; not the first one I've had but the first was i was severely injured in and my very first time needing representation for. An injury that for me in my life/work of was was somewhat debilitating. I told her that I didn't want/need some massive settlement. I just wanted to be treated fairly by the insurance company of the guy who cause the accident due to his negligence. Cecilia and GM did just that! I was able to return to work and function in the capacity expected of me due to me being able to receive the proper medical care and I thank her for all of her guidance to get me there. She checked on me and provided updates constantly; she's truly a woman of her word!! Rarely have I been treated so wonderfully by a service provider. Cecilia is a Godsend and I really hope that she gets back all the good she puts out tenfold!!
