I was TRULY in a dark place after getting hit. It seems hopeless until I called Godsey Martin. Mirka Rangle was TRULY awesome. She was compassionate and got the ball rolling ASAP. She is so good she was on the other line and still handled my case with delinquency and aggressively. Which was very much appreciated. Class organization hands down.

A hinderance to my career. Today, as I recover I find myself drooling from the side of my mouth, only to hear the voice of my daughters, comforting me saying, " catch your saliva, mom." Before my 39th birthday, I never imagined returning back to the stage of an infant. My intentions were to pursue a career in the United States armed forces, where I had made prior arrangements with limited time to attend before reaching 40 years of age, prior to this accident occurring. On Saturday, April 7, 2018 while traveling down Collins Street near the Viridian subdivision, located between Northeast Green Oaks and Trinity, what appeared to have been a dusty whirlwind of debris to include a huge sofa flew off the large speeding Republic dumbstruck. The impact of the debris and sofa which was blinding to my view caused my eight year old son and I to be aggressively thrown throughout the vehicle causing severe head and bodily injuries. After being struck from the front by Republic, we were then struck again by another vehicle, simultaneously on the rear side, where my son sat, again aggressively throwing us throughout the vehicle. The responsible driver of the Republic Service’s dump truck immediately fled the scene, where Arlington Police Department identified the wreck to be a hit and run. Fortunately, two witnesses from Republic Services made the scene to move the large couch from the middle of the street and were able to identify and provide the hit and run driver’s information for the police dispatched. Swiftly, after making contact with Godsey-Martin Law Firm, Lashunda Bowers arranged support groups for emergency medical care, rehabilitation, pharmaceuticals, and further ct scan updates. Her diligence in communicating with me leaves me resting assured as my son and I recover this frightening and traumatic experience. Further, I am confident in knowing this 100% responsible company reaching 9.4 billion in revenue in 2016 will realize no amount of money can restore our health taken away by carelessness of the habitual offender, Republican's hit and run driver. Lashunda Bowers and the Godsey Martin Law Firm have exhausted their understanding in providing the extra support. I so greatly appreciate this firm and would recommend them with a five star rating.

My case has progressed very smoothly. I had a slight problem with the MRI appointment but my case worker Amanda Bell cleared it up and I had an appointment the next day thanks Amanda.

I would like to update from a previous status that this law firm has worked diligently to retrieve what I was owed and I appreciate Attorney Aguirre for reviewing my case and making my experience a much more positive experience.

I would give them half a star if I could !! Would never recommend them to anyone.. I was 5 months pregnant at the time of my accident and my daughter is now 4 months.. And I have yet yo receive my settlement.. The reps do not answer or call in a timely manner.. I had to keep following up with them! They are horrible!do not go to them! Seriously!

No calls from my new lawyer its been over three weeks cant answer my calls is always busy i feel very very unsatisfied
