Cecilia Espinoza thank you so much for stepping up and taking care of me and my family you are amazing that means a lot when people are going through adversity and you get to work with someone that is kind and respectful and stays on top of things update you when you feel like things are not going right there is an update I respect that and my experience was starting off really really rough and bad but once you stepped in it seem like now everything is smooth sailing and that's all I've ever wanted so thank you so much for being consistent and being an awesome worker and thank you to Miss Eldridge for really raising the bar on attorney and client relationship you will get it done and I trust you. You lady's are a dynamic duo hard-hitting go beyond the Call of Duty to really satisfy the client I appreciate that and I respect that. now im not going to lie before these ladies stepped in , the level of service was not what i thought it was going to be no one ever returned my phone calls and the outpatient clinics they use called patients choice is horrible.. i wish they did not work with them well all i can say is i hope i dont get hit again ...but thank you ladys for making things right

Very unprofessional, it's been over a year and my claim has not been resolved. If you are involved in an accident you are better off representing yourself than using the law firm. I recently got hit again and I will not be using them.

There have been nothing but dropped balls with this Law Firm. My life seems like a joke to them. The insurance company is probably laughing and not bothered by anyone who uses this form. I have two cases with them I have a lost job, lost wages, 3 teenagers, and it's been well over a year. The last case will probably settle before the first and I'm not granted the respect of a truthful phone call. I hoped I would have something good to come back with so I could delete the other reviews, but not yet. I am disappointed in myself for choosing this firm based on the common sense commercial Mr.Martin made. It's hard when your own people continually let you down.

I was rear-ended almost a year ago at first godsey Martin was on the ball I got calls from several different people and everybody was willing to help I went to treatment and then my treatment ended in November of 2018 that's when things went south. I kept calling my representative who repeatedly told me assured me it's okay that they are waiting on the insurance company on these things take time. fast forward now it's April and I'm getting a strange call from them as to why my case is not settled yet like I'm supposed to know come to figure out they never turned in my medical bills and payment information so the insurance company could paythis was at this point blamed on the young lady handling my case I was moved to a new caseworker she moves things along speedily to try to close my case I applaud her for that then my case went into negotiation with the insurance company I spoke to a mr. Nick cheers this rude individual informs me that the insurance company is going to settle for a very low amount and then tells meeting my best interest to accept that because my injuries are not that bad at which point I asked him if he has ever experienced the kind of back injuries I have and he Ben tells me that my injuries are not that severe even though I had herniated discs in my spine it is not that serious and went as far as to tell me he has been through a lot worse than I have so it is not that serious is this the kind of people this company has representing them these people are a joke I would not recommend anybody to ever use this in this company ever again after ignoring me for 6 months which the other representative told me my payment should have been put in since November no they have this guy who is insensitive ridiculing my injuries insinuating that my herniated discs in my back are not serious his exact words "that's nothing I have been through worse"a like I am insignificant I would not recommend these guys to anybody and if Nick cheers is your rep RUN
