Case managers never answer calls nor emails. They don't keep you up to date on the case. And they drag the process out to over 6 months

I was in accident back in June 6, 2022 so I contacted godsey martin thinking everything was going to be ok. Absolutely not, I had to get in contact with them to see if it was any updates on the case (which there wasn’t any) they wanted me to basically do there job for them by reaching out to the others involved in the situation instead of them doing what they are suppose to do then today September 21,2022 they drop the case and I have yet to know why and of course no one picks up the phone. I wouldn’t not consider doing any business with them if you plan on getting anything resolved. Waste of my time.

I can't express enough how wonderful Amanda Bell has been with my case. There were several issues that made my case difficult but she kept working with me and walking me through every step, always making sure I was ok with what was happening and making sure I understood everything. My injuries exceeded the amount of coverage the other driver's insurance provided so Amanda had to work with my insurance company to get the rest of the settlement. For some reason my insurance company didn't want to work with her to come to an agreement and she had to eventually threaten to go to the insurance board and possibly sue them. This was a long tedious process and Amanda was always there for me to talk to and I never felt as if she wasn't going above and beyond for me. She is absolutely amazing and I thank God that I had her on my case.

Lashaunda Bowers has been awesome in making sure that we are getting the best treatment possible. She does follow up calls and gives me all information pertaining to my daughters case. I feel really confident with her on our side. Her attentiveness and communication to our case makes me rest easy.

I had the pleasure of letting IJGH handle my case. I can say it was a lengthy process but it was worth it in the end. Miss Amanda Johnston was the direct contact between me and my lawyer during the final stages. I honestly think she deserves a raise. If she treats everyone the way she treated me then this fun will have nothing but happy clients. She was such a great help. The process is long and it may seem like they have forgot about you but I promise you they don’t leave you in the wind. It took 3 years for me to get a settlement. You have to trust and believe. Don’t get overly anxious and think that you will get better results by rushing the process. If you got in an accident I will say contact them and allow them to handle your case. I will say that during the mediation part I had no idea what was happening and it happened rather quickly. But I did get a number that I was satisfied with. If you get a chance to work with Amanda Johnston she will make sure that she stays in direct contact with you.

I was involved in a wreck over a year ago. Since then there was a settlement that I still have not seen nor have I heard from anyone. I have repeatedly called, left voicemail, email and have even spoken to the lawyer twice after I repeatedly called over months time. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. You are suppose to stay in contact with your client, but since your getting your money off top clients are no longer in important.

The misconception is that a law firm that promotes their services on the radio must provide subpar service. Nothing could be further from the truth! From the onset, Cecilia Espinoza was beyond great! Her dedication and commitment to my case blew me away. Her communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. She was conscious of my time/work schedule and made sure to reach out to me at times that were most convenient for me. If at any point I had a question, she was easily accessible via email or phone. As for the law firm themselves, they fought hard on my behalf and exceeded my expectations. From accident to settlement, I was fully in the loop as to what was going on.
