Yovanna was super helpful on the phone and reached out to me very quickly after filling out my info online. She was caring and took the time to get all the info from my accident to make sure the firm would be able to help me in my case. Super grateful, thank you to Yovanna and this firm.

Wish we did more research before choosing their services. Caseworkers act like it’s an issue getting updates. They’ve blatantly ignored emails and don’t call. Case has been with them since September 2023. Problem is they get a portion of the settlement and act as if they’re so annoyed when we’ve spoken.*Update* Assigned a new case mgr. In Jan. Shows they care about their customers concerns so far but case is still open. It’s now April 2024. Emailed the case worker and still no response.
