WORST experience I’ve ever had with a law office. My father was killed by a drunk driver over a year and half ago and I hired them in March of 2022. I have called the office and left well over 40 messages and have not received a phone call back yet. I couldn’t even get anyone on the phone to FIRE them. I sent a certified letter terminating them since I couldn’t get anyone to respond. And what makes it even worse is I thought I was doing mt fathers case some justice since he was one of their frat brothers. I would not recommend them at all

I cannot begin to explain the simple joys of being able to work with this firm! They were so amazingly unorganized with my case and with keeping me updated, that I had to call them (never them to me) to get updates on my case for the past year and a half. Thank you so much, Godsey Martin, PC for making my life complicated and frustrating me on numerous occasions during the time I have had to deal with you. Two stars only because I would feel like a terrible person for only giving one, but believe me, they deserve it.

I was extremely disappointed with my settlement.. I think of myself as an extremely fair person.. in this case I felt I was taking advantage of my law firm I trusted with my case.. They drop the ball big time. From not getting right on police report as little to no updates for months and months.. it was like pulling teeth getting updates.. I also felt no way from what I had go through should they get more money than the person who go injured.. First and last time I will ever use their firm.. Very very disappointed.. I never ever write reviews but this one I had to..Communication is very bad..Good luck trying get someone.. I had high hopes in the beginning..The worst ever.. They call me then when I called them back after work of course they don’t answer..Please save yourself a headache of lack of communication
