I'm very glad I chose to call the Godsey Martin law firm the night of the hit and run accident my sister and I were involved in. I was always up to date with what was occurring in the case, and in every step of the process the employees were kind and knowledgeable. Working with Amanda Bell was a pleasure as she diligently kept me informed regarding the final phases of the case -- I couldn't have asked for a better advocate. She has a strong work ethic and made me comfortable and confident in her skill set. I highly recommend the law firm based on my experiences there.

Involved in a collision and decided to give Godsey Martin a call, glad i did. Upon speaking to Amanda Collins I was instantly impressed and knew I had made the right decision. She was initially concerned about my kids and I well-being, that set the tone for me from that point. I appreciate that she showed that level interest in my family’s health. DO NOT FALL FOR A LETTER OF PROTECTION (LOP) REQUEST A LETTER OF GUARANTEE (LOG) FOR ANY DOCTOR, P.T., CHIROPRACTOR, FACILITY ["etc."] THEY MAY SEND YOU TO. I'M STILL FIGHTING $150K IN (LOP) MEDICAL BILLS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE COVERED UNDER THE SO-CALLED (LOP) THE LAW FIRM HAD ME GOING TO... THE LAW FIRM ALSO TOLD ME THEY WOULD BILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE IN WHICH THEY NEVER DID. THE STATUE OF LIMITATIONS RAN OUT AFTER TWO YEARS. THE LAW FIRM TRICKED ME BY TELLING ME WE WILL HANDLE IT, (NO WORRIES) THAT WAS A "FILTHY FALLACY" NOW, I'M FILLING A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GRIEVANCE COMMISSION (FYI...)

Pricilla kept me informed the entire process. Although working from home. She got the job done and I’m very thankful for all that’s she’s done for me and my babies.

It started off ok I guess I've never been an accident so I really wasn't sure what to expect. I was working with Natasha Walkup who was great always followed up and checked on my treatment progress. Then all of sudden she's no longer with the company and I get handed off to someone who never returns my calls and now she's requesting pictures from an accident that happened over a year ago. When all this time I thought my initial person had everything they needed from the accident, so now I'm fed up. And I don't even know what to do at this point because I've never been through this process. So I definitely would NOT recommend this law office to anyone period. This entire process has been a waste of time and now I have unpaid medical bills that have piled up. Just because a company can afford on going cute advertising doesn't always means its the best company to go with. Update: As soon as the higher ups got wind of my experience they worked immediately and quickly to make sure I was good. That is true customer service. And that let me know it wasn't a company problem just an individual problem. I am looking forward to wrapping this whole experience up (the car accident) and moving forward hopefully soon. Thank you guys for all your hard work 💜. I truly appreciate it.
