Hello my name is Charles. I was in a car accident on September 7, 2019. I called I just got hit. It was the one that I remembered when I moved to Texas. I remembered it because of the relatable radio commercial I heard saying '"girl you better call I just got hit. Com, OK".. From the moment I was introduced the the intake associate. Nicole. I was put at ease, because I was stressed, in pain and upset. Nicole prepared me for what may happen next which eased my mind but not my pain, which was her next task and she completed that task by setting me up wiyh a DC octors appointment. My hand off was to Cecilia Espinoza. Wow! Teamwork at it's best.. Cecilia contacted and introduced herself to me and gathered the needed information from me to do her job. She was so professional and understanding. I knew I was not the only case on her roster but she made me feel as if I was. It started out rocky with not getting returned calls or emails back, she also had to deal with rude attitudes from his insurance company while still being a positive, reassuring, and informative case manager. Even when we received a denial, Cecilia was always ahead of the curve ball coming, until we received that they were taking liability for the accident. This review is Long Overdue!!! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a Personal Injury Lawyer. "SHANTAE HAYMER" is the best hands down. I'm real big on communication and she communicated with me whenever there was an update on my case. No matter what time of the day it was, she would call and let me know what was going on and also followed up with an email. I feel like they do actually care about the clients well being. There was a time when i was released from the chiropractor and needed to go right back because my back started to act up again and they had no problem with it.I was in a wreck in Sep 2017 and my case settled last month Sep 2019. It was not a quick process, and I'm a very patient person so that was not a problem with me, and they actually got me back way more than i expected! YOU GUYS ROCK !!

With all the hype and advertising here in Houston about how they can help with car wreck injuries they sure didn't want to help me. Exact words were " were sorry but based on the fact that the driver at fault wasn't listed on the insurance for the vehicle he was diving and you only have liability we are unable to help you". Seems like this law firm isn't up for a fight!
