The law firm was very professional and efficient. They took care of everything with the other motorist and their insurance on time.

I was rear-ended almost a year ago at first godsey Martin was on the ball I got calls from several different people and everybody was willing to help I went to treatment and then my treatment ended in November of 2018 that's when things went south. I kept calling my representative who repeatedly told me assured me it's okay that they are waiting on the insurance company on these things take time. fast forward now it's April and I'm getting a strange call from them as to why my case is not settled yet like I'm supposed to know come to figure out they never turned in my medical bills and payment information so the insurance company could paythis was at this point blamed on the young lady handling my case I was moved to a new caseworker she moves things along speedily to try to close my case I applaud her for that then my case went into negotiation with the insurance company I spoke to a mr. Nick cheers this rude individual informs me that the insurance company is going to settle for a very low amount and then tells meeting my best interest to accept that because my injuries are not that bad at which point I asked him if he has ever experienced the kind of back injuries I have and he Ben tells me that my injuries are not that severe even though I had herniated discs in my spine it is not that serious and went as far as to tell me he has been through a lot worse than I have so it is not that serious is this the kind of people this company has representing them these people are a joke I would not recommend anybody to ever use this in this company ever again after ignoring me for 6 months which the other representative told me my payment should have been put in since November no they have this guy who is insensitive ridiculing my injuries insinuating that my herniated discs in my back are not serious his exact words "that's nothing I have been through worse"a like I am insignificant I would not recommend these guys to anybody and if Nick cheers is your rep RUN

This firm is fraud. They don't care about people well being and should not be hired by anyone. I have done just about all the foot work and they still haven't got anything done since 11/20/16. I have been through 3 lawyers and requested a call from owners which I never received. I was in a very bad hit and run and dealing with them only added more pain. They also just handed me another person's info with no problem. I went in the office angry to speak to the lawyer and drop there service and this dude was shaking nervously as we spoke and couldn't look me in my eyes. No they shouldn't represent anyone ever and I will also be filling complaint with BBB

I heard them on the radio and called them. They were very professional and prompt. I was pleased with them.

Have used them twice. Both time experiences where first class and always responded quickly if needed anything. First time was assigned Amber from there Team and requested her again because of my great experience with her the first time.

I went thru this company because somebody told me that they were a good law office well the first settlement went well with the toatl loss department but when it comes time to settle for your check this company takes forever they say my check was mailed out on the 26 here it is 4 weeks later no check no call no nothing they tell you what they want too never again

Took nearly half of my settlement without me even going to trial. Bad with keeping me updated.. Case settled, I received my check 4 months later. You get hurt, and they get paid. I'll recommend trying elsewhere if you want to avoid disappoint!

UNFORTUNATELY I had to use Godseys services due to some reckless drivers several times. But the service I have been provided has been phenomenal every step of the way I was informed every detail I was informed. I could thank Markeyshia for that she has handled 3 of my cases and if I need to use their service again I would most definitely ask for her. She is a sweet human being not only doing her job but carring for her clients services.
