I had a wonderful experience with the Godsey-Martin law firm from start to finish . The team was very prompt with gathering all the required information about my case. They worked with both myself and the insurance company to arrive at a suitable settlement and I’m very pleased with the outcome. My case manager ,Kassie worked deligently with me from start to finish as well. I’m very happy I chose this firm to represent me when I had my car accident .Thank you all for your service !

I was in an accident almost 3 years ago and the process was long but I was taking care of every step of the was, and in the 3 years before I received my settlement I've had numerous of paralegal handling my case, but none was so informative and kept me in the loop like Emile Lopez she stayed on top of everything and made sure I understood what was happening...thank you very much for hard work Emile Lopez and to the Godsey Martin Law firm.

The Godsey Martin Law Firm was of great service and help to me. The process in insurance (accident) claims is quite drawn out to say the least, but with some patience the outcome can be worth it. Mr. Christian and Ms. Kassie, both of whom represented me, were awesome in communicating with me throughout my claim and provided excellent service.

They are great and the lady that took my report was great. She help me and made sure I did no stressing.

The one thing I can see most of us agree on is that this place has issues returning calls in a timely manner. The lack of professionalism is exactly why I would NOT recommend this law firm. Called for an update today and was told Paige is out of the office so they transferred me to what I thought would be her VM and it was Lashunda (the paralegal) so I hung up and called back and that's when I was told Paige is no longer apart of the firm. We have gone through 3 different lawyers in the last year. Others have stated to stay away from this company and I would strongly advise you to listen. STAY AWAY!!!

Emile Lopez is so sweet and helpful. She answered all of my questions and emails right away. She also helped me to understand each legal process that I had to go through. I highly recommend this law firm.
