This the worst company you can choose to represent you . I would stay far far away. They are only their for your money . Your calls won’t get returned, they are never at their desk, and the lawyers are uneducated. I think the good reviews are fake!!! This company SUCKSS!!

If I could give zero stars I would. BEWARE!!!!I have had to get all information regarding my case from the insurance company and not from the attorney office. No one ever returns phone calls. It has taken 3 months to even fix my car I gave up and just paid for the car to get fixed myself. I would never reccomend this office to anyone at all not unless you have a lot of time to just sit there with no car and injured and have countless hours to be calling and doing the investigating on the case yourself. 9 months later and I just received a 5k bill from the chiropractor that now is requesting I pay them when the law firm said I would not have to pay anything since they were taking the case.

I will never use or recommend them to anyone ever again .

My experience with Godsey Martin in Dallas was very satisfying. Starting with my case manager Christina Kennedy, she worked very fast and efficient to get me into therapy and scheduling all of my doctors appointments. Then my case was sent to the packaging department and Tiara Woods handled this very well. She was able to get all of my medical bills and medical charts gathered and completed very fast and she always responded to my emails and calls. Lastly my case was sent to my adjuster Kimberly Clark. She was amazing! She constantly kept me informed on my case status and she was super nice and friendly. She negotiated with the insurance company and with the medical providers to get me the best offer. The case settled within 2 months and I was very pleased with the offer. Thank you to the entire team!

They promised the moon and the stars just to refer me to a doctor that never called, then dropped my case with no advice on what to do next

They did nothing but give us heartache. There are better out there. Don't waste your 6 months waiting for nothing like I did. If I could give a zero star I would.

Worst company every they don’t pay much for me my kids and husband we didn’t get paid nothing it was a waste and they be playing game.
