My accident was almost a year ago. They are horrible when it comes to communication. I will never use them again.

Not happy with the service so far. Following up with their clients isn't something they do well. I'm doing most of the work and I'm in pain and horribly inconvenienced already. I don't recommend this firm.

This firm is fraud. They don't care about people well being and should not be hired by anyone. I have done just about all the foot work and they still haven't got anything done since 11/20/16. I have been through 3 lawyers and requested a call from owners which I never received. I was in a very bad hit and run and dealing with them only added more pain. They also just handed me another person's info with no problem. I went in the office angry to speak to the lawyer and drop there service and this dude was shaking nervously as we spoke and couldn't look me in my eyes. No they shouldn't represent anyone ever and I will also be filling complaint with BBB

I was hesitant to use Godsey Martin because of their corny "I just got hit" radio ad. But they came highly recommended from a family friend. Thank God I listened to our friend. All the Godsey Martin staff was ultra professional and gave the best customer service. I received more money from my claim than I expected using Godsey Martin. I highly recommend this firm. Don't judge them by their radio ad, they're awesome! Erin

have had three cases with Godsey Martin in the past, and started a new one in november. Each time it was a long drawn out process of no returned calls, no updates on my case, and a guessing game. With my latest case there is a small bit of a difference. otThey have a set up where you can text the word "Alert" & someone will call you asap... aside from that positive difference i don't think there's enough paralegals for What they are trying to do. If your paralegal is out sick for two weeks to a month you just won't have any information for Your case while he or she is out sick... (This happened and is currently still happening to me.) I would recommend them if you're not looking to get Your vehicle fixed, or get any cash for anything for up to a year. If you have a year to wait and play the guessing game I highly recommend Godsey Martin. If not... do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
