Amanda English was the Intake Coordinator I spoke with in the very beginning. She was very kind, patient, and good at explaining the process. She has been very helpful thus far, and it is very appreciated as I navigate a situation that is new and unexpected.

Feel like running in circles?.. how about clown activity?...The turnover rate at this firm is crazy so you are constantly shuffled around. No professionalism that I witnessed.

The level of communication is incredible. I am really impressed with one person primarily for her work and dedication. Priscilla Nowlin is a rockstar! She was there every step. The relationship with her was very important to me. She is the catalyst and the source behind all this. She put me at ease and is actually very good with the job.
