Yovanna made the process of getting my case started very easy. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns to put my mind at ease and was very helpful and understanding.

I regret trusting them with my lawsuit. All what happened was I was sent to a chiropractor three times a week and losing 6 hours of work a week. My “case manager” only calls every other week and if I do not answer she calls and sends messages to me and my family members that she has been trying to reach me for over a week. ALL LIES. I call back a few minutes later and “she’s gone for the day”. My car is completely totaled and no adjuster has been to go look at it. I am paying for a rental which is now affecting me financially. All they care about are the doctor visits and continue to schedule more. Poor communication from everyone involved with this “law firm”. Do you research first and find a better law firm
