Yovanna does NOT respond after your first initial call, after she requests a positive google review lol. I have been left hanging, can not get a hold of a single person that will answer my questions. Very frustrating. Every time I get to someone, they told me they can't answer my questions. They said they can't help, and I have to leave a message with a brand new agent that's been assigned that does NOT call back even after multiple voice messages. original post: Yovanna showed a lot of compassion and care, really appreciate her. So happy she was assigned to my case.

My experience has not been pleasant. My initial case manager was Jasmine but the lack of communication and follow ups have been incredibly disappointing. Juan, I’m assuming is the mediator has tried to be helpful but I’m incredibly disappointed. My last experience at another reputable law firm in Texas (Texas Hammer) set my expectations too high. This firm just isn’t doing it for me. Return a phone call, check ins… anything to show that my case matters would be appreciated but if I don’t reach out.. I get NOTHING. I take that back.. I do get something… A VOICEMAIL that promises to call back within 24hrs if not the same business day. And still.. 24hrs… turns into silence because they never do.

I didn’t know where to start or what to expect after I was involved in an accident , but thankfully Amanda English was very helpful and put me at ease with initiating my case. She explained everything in great detail and recognize that this was stressful for me and reassured me of what the process would look like. Thank you Amanda for being there during this difficult time .
