Worst experience in my life.Rear ended May 30, 2021 by two vehicles. Communication was awful. My case has been repeatedly passed from hand to hand and left sitting on desks of former employees or caseworkers who didn’t have a clue for almost 2 years. I’m irritated with the entire way I have been treated and mishandled. I tried to support. Wish I had called someone else. I hate hearing their radio ads at this point. Do not use this firm unless you don’t mind them feeding bs and treating you like you’re stupid. I’m still in pain and I’ve lost a lot dealing with them. It took six months for someone to contact me after sending several emails in September 2022. Hate is a strong word but I’m there. I just got hit by them.

I had to contact this firm to speed up the process after I was in an accident. Idris contacted me quickly from my online quick assessment and handled things so professionally! I never knew the famous I JUST GOT HIT was truly a company to partner with. I'm happy with my results thus far and excited to see how it all turns out.

Always count on receptionist to answer the phone but don't count on anyone else, they just ghosted me in the middle of my case, been calling for weeks for a update, all I get is a voicemail. Me and my family would appreciate anything...

Yovanna Torres did a great job assisting with my case. I got into a really bad accident that almost totaled my car. Yovanna provided great customer service throughout the whole process. She was very efficient, helpful and a pleasure to do work with. It was good to know she was there to answer my questions and solve my problems. If you want an provider who will help you out in the best way possible ask for her.

Nzinga Holmes and Judy Rota they were good at communicating, if there was an update on my case they made sure I received the update, also with Ms Holmes she work with me to make sure I was taking care of and I appreciate that good work ladies

Seems like this place is reputable, but if you can help it, choose to speak with someone other than Carol Davis. She is extremely rude & has hung up on me numerous times once I’m transferred to her line. She is not good for this business . If you hate your job just find another one Carol!
