I’m Very Dissatisfied With My Experience Here With Law Firm. My Caseworker Has Yet To Contact Me Regarding Any Information About My Accident. I’ve Left Numerous Of Voicemail, emails And Have To Speak With Her.

Amanda Bell is AMAZING!!! She gets things done. Anytime I have ever reached out to her about my case she has always responded and followed up to ensure that I was taken care of in the even that she had to get another person involved. They don’t return calls and every time you call they’re either away from their desk or on another line!!! Update: My experience with Godsey Martin Law Firm has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I was involved in an accident nearly three years ago, and I decided to seek their help. Unfortunately, it has been a series of communication breakdowns and unmet expectations ever since. From the beginning, their communication was lackluster. If you ever want to know what's happening with your case, it feels like trying to get information from the IRS – frustrating and time-consuming. Even when they do return your call, it's so delayed that you've likely forgotten why you reached out in the first place. After finishing my therapy within six months of the accident, I expected a smoother process. However, it seemed like they were more interested in their own convenience than keeping me informed. The settlement finally came in over four months ago, and instead of improving, the communication deteriorated further. They switched the people I was supposed to communicate with, and it became hit or miss. It's incredibly frustrating when you're dealing with something as important as a legal settlement, and you can't rely on consistent communication. To make matters worse, the settlement they negotiated for me was subpar, especially considering they take a hefty 33.3% cut. It's disheartening to feel like your interests aren't being prioritized. The last straw was when they suggested a price cut during negotiations with the other party, which was communicated to me over two weeks ago. Since then, I've been left in the dark, unsure of what's happening next. And to top it all off, I've been told I'll have to drive across the country to pick up my settlement check, whenever they finally decide they've made enough money off the interest. In summary, my experience with Godsey Martin Law Firm has been nothing short of a nightmare. They should consider changing their name to "God Awful Experienced Law Firm" because that's exactly how I would describe my experience with them.

In my opinion these people work simple cases. My daughter died in an automobile accident; I reached out to this company as a result of a friend who attended college with the co-owner. After taking with Justin (I believe that was his name) was impressed. He talked a good game yet played as if he had not played in the arena! After a couple of months. I began receiving telephone calls from people I didn't know. As I questioned the attorney I initially hired, he consistently told me that these people that were calling worked with him. Later I discovered act several inquiries that the actually didn't work within the same office/firm but I JUST GOT HIT transferred my case to another firm independent of their company! Please note that all of this occurred within months as I was deeply grieving the loss of my daughter! As a person who previously used their service; I definitely would not recommend this business! In my opinion, if you have a small case, they may handle that however; in larger cases, they are scouts for large firms without notification nor explication!

Really good at keeping you informed

Very disappointed in this company. I’ve called every week to get a termination letter and no one ever calls me or updates me. I have receive a collection on my credit report due to them not handling business. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I plan to get out of my contract and proceed with a different lawyer. Also I’m reporting them to the board! This is ridiculous

This is the worst I recommend you go somewhere else I got hit a year ago and was out of work they don’t keep u updated on anything I’ve have case manager changes multiple times without being informed they don’t call back this is not a place to go take hire someone else
