I don’t know about anybody else but choosing Godsey Martin, P.C was the best choice I could ever make. It started from Carla Lopez with her detail and excellent service, when you needed to get in contact with her she would 100% get back to you, even in this pandemic state that we live in, it’s known by everyone that it’s very difficult to call someone right back even after you leave a message (mine or your case is not the only cases that they are working on) you have to give them time to look into your case so that they can give you the right and complete answer that you’re looking to hear. Carla Lopez make sure to keep me updated on my case no matter what and did not leave out any important details. And then the work by Donavan Brittian was what I expected, 100% Pro Level, he didn’t mess around dealing with the other insurance company got the results I was looking for so that I was able to move on from my accident with the medical bills paid and my settlement in my hand. I actually we through about 3-4 associates without explanation. The final associate that work with me, Amanda Bell, was very prompt and professional with responding to emails. She kept her word in regards to keeping me updated (even if nothing had changed). She had a great attitude and professional work manner.

There should be 0 Stars I should have checked before I hired them. Plus after I hired them I found out a family Friend works for them and she called me and and said, “You will regret it” Poor response, Poor Communication about your Case, I had to call and remind them to approve MRI’s and other services I needed. Do your research any company who has been in business for years with ONLY 900 plus reviews? That is a problem.
