To future clients my advice would be to be patient and trust the process no matter how your situation gets. It was a struggle in the wait at times, but focus on things within your control. This place straight up lied to me about what they can do. I sign on with them for them to call me two weeks later and claim they can’t take the case after everything was explained clearly about my work travels. It was a waste of time giving statements sending photos and police reports. But never again would I do business with them nor would I recommend anyone to them

Whew where do I start? I engaged the services of this law firm for my initial claim in late 2022 where I was a passenger for an accident, though my settlement was finalized just last month, in March 2024. While the outcome was ultimately satisfactory, I must express dissatisfaction with the level of communication throughout the process, which I would rate at 4 out of 10. Despite my expressed desire to be kept informed, proactive updates were lacking, necessitating multiple inquiries on my part. Understandably, the complexity of handling an out-of-state accident may have contributed to this, and I am inclined to afford some leniency in this regard. Regrettably, my experience with the firm deteriorated further with my subsequent accident, which occurred four months following the first incident, this time within the state of Texas. Despite the seemingly straightforward nature of the case—I was not at fault, corroborated by eyewitness accounts and a police report—the communication from the firm was notably deficient. Persistent follow-up calls were necessary, often revealing delays and misinformation regarding progress. What should have been a straightforward matter extended into a year-long ordeal before resolution. Based on these experiences, I am compelled to express my unequivocal reluctance to engage the services of this law firm in the future. While refraining from specific naming, it is essential to convey my profound dissatisfaction with the level of service received. I caution prospective clients to carefully consider their options before entrusting their legal matters to this company.

Yovanna was super helpful in the process helped me and my husband understand and listen to our concerns she went above and beyond in accommodating us with the right medical provider that was convenient for me and my husband. I recently used this company for a car accident case and was disappointed with the lack of communication throughout the process. Despite assurances of receiving updates via calls and texts, I rarely heard from them. This was true for my mother's case as well, which we had a wreck 1 month apart. While the cases were eventually settled, the communication issues were frustrating and left me feeling uninformed. If clear communication is important to you, I would recommend considering other options. PS: Ms Henrietta was a sweet lady, if it wasn't for her I would have pull all my hair out, once she took over our cases those last couple months, things where way better but before her it was no communication at all.

Amanda bell and Christina were very amazing. It’s been almost a year and I’m so glad that I chose this law firm. I hope they fix the lack of early on communication with the lawyers but other than that it was a great experience. I truly appreciate them!
