It took some time to settle because this firm leaves no stone unturned. They never give up and don't accept "No" or "Can't". I had the pleasure of letting IJGH handle my case. I can say it was a lengthy process but it was worth it in the end. Miss Amanda Johnston was the direct contact between me and my lawyer during the final stages. I honestly think she deserves a raise. If she treats everyone the way she treated me then this fun will have nothing but happy clients. She was such a great help. The process is long and it may seem like they have forgot about you but I promise you they don’t leave you in the wind. It took 3 years for me to get a settlement. You have to trust and believe. Don’t get overly anxious and think that you will get better results by rushing the process. If you got in an accident I will say contact them and allow them to handle your case. I will say that during the mediation part I had no idea what was happening and it happened rather quickly. But I did get a number that I was satisfied with. If you get a chance to work with Amanda Johnston she will make sure that she stays in direct contact with you.

I can't express enough how wonderful Amanda Bell has been with my case. There were several issues that made my case difficult but she kept working with me and walking me through every step, always making sure I was ok with what was happening and making sure I understood everything. My injuries exceeded the amount of coverage the other driver's insurance provided so Amanda had to work with my insurance company to get the rest of the settlement. For some reason my insurance company didn't want to work with her to come to an agreement and she had to eventually threaten to go to the insurance board and possibly sue them. This was a long tedious process and Amanda was always there for me to talk to and I never felt as if she wasn't going above and beyond for me. She is absolutely amazing and I thank God that I had her on my case.

I would not recommend this firm. My mother has been neglected by the firm and are not aggressive. They are to nice and some behind the desk lawyers!!!! Out of the reviews ive read all ive seen is niceness no money!!!!! She has been with the firm since last year November and they still haven't got Pepsi Cola to claim yet even after driver admitted to hitting my mother!!!! My mother car doesn't work and couldn't make it to court out of state because of the accident and this lawfirm did not help her in anyway. She has worked withe the entire staff and all never made any progress..shes trying to fire them now but the wont give her the drop letter so once again neglecting her. I would not recommend this firm. U need a more aggressive firm that will really help u not be nice. Thats why Pepsi running over them even when they driver took pictures and admitted to hitting my mother and shes injured. All they want is your money they will not help u in any way at all. My mother made all the call got all information and this firm got the nerve to take pepsi side really cause if the driver admitted to hitting my mother then why hasn't this Nice firm gotten Pepsi to claim liability..My mothers life has completely changed and is very angry from the lack of work from this firm. So if u want nice here u go. Where is the money at oh no u not getting it from the reviews ive read but they really nice though!!!!!!
