Jesse Calderon will get you results, fast! I was involved in an auto accident in October (there goes my 15-year perfect driving record). The other driver was a young man showing off for his girlfriend and our vehicles and I paid the price for it. We both have the same insurance company and it’s a very well-known company at that. I was contacted by the adjuster soon after the accident he gave me my claim number. When I called back all I got was his voicemail for the next 8 weeks. During November and December, I left my adjuster weekly voice mails and never got a call back or an email returned. Finally in January while calling in to speak with my adjuster, another team associate transferred me to my adjuster’s supervisor. I was promptly offered a settlement and he ignored all my questions about trying to reach my adjuster. The final straw was when the supervisor said “hey your probably in need of the money so just let me send you a settlement and you will have the money within a few days”. I told them I would think about it and get back to them. Then later that day, my adjuster reached out to me via email saying that his boss and I had talked and agreed to a settlement. So, he sent me two different settlement offers and both were in conflict of each other. At that moment I knew it was time to reached out to Jesse at Juneau, Boll & Stacy. Jesse took the time to meet with me. He explained how the insurance companies looked at our case vs how we look at our case. This alone answered a lot of my questions and now I knew I was just another number to the insurance company. Jesse took the time to answer all my questions and made sure to explain how the litigation process will move going forward. He offered me the choice, either a weekly up date or a simple call when it is done. This man took all my stress and concerns about my case away and with in a few weeks had my case resolved in my favor. When dealing with an insurance company, most of us do not know the ins and outs of the insurance game. I was recently represented by Michael Stacy for a personal injury case and have nothing short of amazing things to say about him and his work. I got into a car accident and Mr. Boll went above and beyond helping me with my case. Him and his staff were amazing. I am a very busy professional so having him and his staff staying on top of things was extremely helpful. There were times that I was slammed and I couldn't get to the phone or email. They will hunt me down on txt to let me know something urgent that needed my attention. I was very impressed on their professionalism and I highly recommend them.
