THE BEST LAWYER!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this firm and Grant Gerleman 0 stars, I would. I had multiple attorneys at different firms who were willing to take my case. I went with Grant because he listened to me and was confident we could get a settlement or win at trial. Over a year later, no work had been done on my case, and I could google the attorney’s name to see new cases he continued to take without working on mine. He never reached out to me on his own for updates, I had to prompt him, and it got to the point where he was non responsive to calls or email, which I have documented, & I would have to reach out to him additional times to get a response weeks to months later. I finally had to involve Scott Palmer, the owner, because I was not hearing from the attorney who I signed a legal agreement with. You’d think being an attorney he would understand his own agreement and the guarantees youre obligated to make to your clients in order to practice law. I requested all of the work done on my case to be sent to me from Grant and also Mr. Palmer. It was never sent to me. I do not believe it exists. Case in point: I also requested the return of my documents from both Grant Gerleman and Scott Palmer in July 2020, 7 months ago, and they were never sent either despite being told that they would be returned to me. The end result was after lack of communication, updates, and delays, Grant decided to tell me I didn’t have a case-even though he assured me prior, that I did and he was confident I would win. Did I mentioned I wasted thousands of dollars following Grants suggestions for treatment and then he didn’t even request that documentation for my case, and it just added to to thousands of dollars I’d already lost relating to my case? I believe he was covering himself for lack of work and being too busy on more high profile cases. Worse, he knew I moved out of state and essentially ran me out of time on my statute of limitations by sitting on my case for as long as he did and doing nothing. I’m very disappointed in this firm and wasted time as well as the below poor quality results, lack of professionalism, timely communication and failure to fulfill even the most basic duty to a client who trusted you. REPLY to owner response: You didn’t return the case with why it couldn’t go forward. I had to TERMINATE Grant Gerleman and your firm on 6/2/20, and then you sent an email. Should I attach a photo of the termination email and demand for explanation that I had to send your firm? That’s what it took to get a reply. Termination. I’m also happy to screenshot the multiple attempts to communicate in October and November 2019 and both emails clearly indicate lack of communication on your attorneys part and the second attempt I had to send 3 WEEKS later because Grant Gerleman did not reply to the initial request to update me, which is his DUTY in order to maintain a license to practice law. Please email me a evidence of the bounce back. Until then it is only an excuse like everything else I got from this firm. You’re reply is 100% false and an attempt to cover the inadequacy and breach of contract. If you couldn’t move forward with the case, you should not have explicitly stated you could win the case or settle it and maintained that stance for nearly a year until you disappeared and I had to terminate you. Additionally, Mr. Palmer did not just “reach out to me” to explain this. After no communication from Grant, I had to call the office and request to speak to the owner bc time was running out in my case. I was advised Mr. Palmer was on vacation. I demanded an update & explanation immediately. It was not until then that he contacted me. Nothing was ever sent back to me from a personal email. More false information. Your response is a lie and effort to mislead anyone reading my factual review and preserve your reputation. Correct it or I will upload all of the emails, one by one. The fact that everything stated in your response is either a lie or intentionally misleading only goes to show that the mishandling of my case can’t even be properly explained.

I wish Google had more stars than just five. There are not enough of them to rate Scott Palmer. He is a blessing between heaven and earth, He will be the only light you see in the process until he enters to the court room and tell you SIT TIGHT and wait. He will never feed your hope. He will always let you know the ground you are stepping on. He will play the game until the end, He is a winner. He will go after the biggest prize, that is YOU!. He will work hard for you, weekends, days and nights, even on personal family vacation. Scott Palmer will charge you for his knowledge, but his dedication and care is priceless, you can't pay that. He is very profesional, trustworthy and a beautiful human being. He will fight for you to celebrate with YOU the victory. He is the Best of the BEST! Scott Palmer and James Roberts are, in my opinion, SUPER LAWYERS!!! They took my case when others turned me down and immediately started running with it.
