I recently assisted Scott H Palmer as local counsel in a federal criminal case in McAllen, Texas. I found him to be an excellent trial attorney and a decent and caring man. He provided his client with excellent representation. The energy he showed in pursuing justice for his client was astounding and contagious. He was well prepared and never backed down.

Scott has an fantastic team. I personally worked with Scott, Sorsha, Rebekah, Pricilla. They all communicated effectively and quickly with each other. I was charged with DWI. It took > year to get the blood results back because they had assumed I was on ambien or something. Rebekah and staff monitored it weekly for over a year (they send you a summons in the mail that you can easily miss). They weren't going to drop it even after my blood work came back clean. Rebekah basically got the charges dropped. She is very detailed oriented. We didn't even get to the blood work, she challenged the officers. I had a team during this time supporting me.
